Charles "Chuck" Baty is the owner of Whiteout, a Cashmere-based company serving properties throughout Chelan and Douglas counties.
The son of a custom home builder, Chuck grew up around construction and later spent several years working through Operating Engineers Local 302, gaining hands-on experience with heavy equipment. He went on to a 20-year aviation career, including 13 years in air-medical aviation and leadership roles overseeing pilots, training and multi-base operations.
Today, he brings that combination of construction experience, operational planning and accountability to every Whiteout project.
